• Question: when you were younger did you see yourself doing what you do now?

      Not really, although I was very interested in space. I read a book by Carl Sagan which inspired me, and I also remember the Apollo 13 film. But it wasn’t until I was in my 3rd year at university and we did a space mission project that I actually thought it would be an option. I then took a Masters degree specialising in it and the rest is history!
