      The process of coming up with ideas, solving problems and then seeing the finished, built item at the end doing something useful.

      I get to build cool things! And see them work… it’s very satisfying. The working conditions are good, as are the pay and opportunities.

    Working in teams to get things designed and built, and all the interesting conversations along the way. Also, seeing something I have designed being built and knowing that that is going into Space!
