• Question: How long does it take to build a robot?

      Depends on what kind of robot you want to build. Simple robots you could build in a day by yourself, complex robots that go to explore other planets such as NASA’s Curiosity rover or ESA planned ExoMars robot can take many years (more than 10!) and 100s of engineers and scientists.
      The robots you see on my profile which are used for tests were built in about 6 month by a group of 3 engineers. That is fast compared to other projects. We do keep on working them and update them with new technology regularly.
