      Yes, accidents happen everywhere. But no-one got hurt because we take safety very seriously and always ensure that every work is done in a safe way.

      Yes, as with all industries and jobs there are sometimes accidents. Many engineers work with dangerous machines and chemicals. As Aron says, they take lots of precautions. For example, when fill a satellite with hydrazine fuel, a very toxic chemical, they wear protective suits like this:

      I fortunately work with safer technologies, I have never been hurt or seen anyone else be hurt. I have broken some equipment before, which was definitely an accident!!

      Yes, but not that have hurt people. A few years ago one of our satellites got stuck under a bridge in the UK – google it. That was a whoops moment!
